Moka Jave (or Mocha Java, or Mocca Java) is the oldest coffee blend in existence, as coffee from Yemen (through the port of Mocha) and Dutch colonies in Indonesia (specifically plantations on the island of Java) were the only two commercial coffee origins available in Europe three hundred years ago.

For our own blend, we use neighbors of the original recipe: fruity Ethiopia and earthy Sumatra. Together they make an intense, full-bodied, chocolaty blend.
