Returns

Coffee is a perishable food product and we cannot accept returns. However, we are committed to resolving any issues you have with your Red Rock Roasters coffee. Please call us at 1-800-873-9793 within two days of receiving your order if you have any issues or if we made an error in processing your order. We will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied. We built our business on customer loyalty, and we don’t take it for granted.

Accessories may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of your receipt of the items. Unless we sent the wrong item, you’ll pay return shipping.
